This ONU stick is a bidirectional module with SC receptacle options (UPC/APC), operating over single-mode fiber and supporting links up to 20km.
It complies with ITU-T G.984.x and IEEE802.3ah standards, operating at a 1310nm TX wavelength and a 1490nm RX wavelength.
The module serves as an xPON ONU with integrated PON MAC functionality.
The xPON SFP ONU supports hot-plugging into the SFP port of the switch to access to a PON network,
enabling terminal devices to achieve high-speed connectivity. It facilitates the transformation of camera, AP, and DSLAM to enable network upgrades and expansion.
The SFP ONU supports bridge function and OMCI management, with support for EPON and GPON dual modes,
offering 1.25Gbps upstream and up to 2.5Gbps downstream data rates.
Featuring a modular design, the ONU stick supports a plug-and-play functionality, easy to replace and maintain.
It enables seamless network upgrade by integrating with existing devices, significantly simplifying the process.
Whether for home or business networks, the SFP ONU stick delivers reliable and high-speed network connectivity.
It is easy to install and maintain, ideal for various deployment environments and effectively meeting users' demands for network upgrades.
FD511GS-X-RM11 is a dual-mode stick ONT packaged by SFP, which integrates the PON MAC function of the ONU. The module ONU can be plugged into the designated main device, such as switches, IP cameras, Small Cells, routers, DSLAMs, or other devices, so that they have the GPON or EPON uplink interface, thus transforming the original network into a GPON or EPON network, which can reduce the difficulty and cost of the network transformation.
