2025 C-Data 16th Anniversary Team Building: Embracing Renewal, Together Towards Brilliance

From September 19 to 20, C-Data celebrated its 16th anniversary with a joyful team building journey in Zhuhai. Under the theme "Renew Together, Strive for Brilliance", this event was not just a journey of team spirit, but also a tribute to 16 years of achievements, motivating all C-Data members to advance together toward a brighter future.

Historical LARP: Team Spirit in Action

On the morning of September 19th, we set off from Shenzhen headquarters, heading toward Zhuhai. After two hours on the road, the team arrived at the destination, following a quick rest and lunch, headed to New Yuanming Palace, where we kick off the first team building activity - a thrilling historical-themed Live Action Role Play.

The New Yuanming Palace is recreated at a 1:1 scale based on the original structure of Beijing’s Old Summer Palace, blends stunning garden landscapes with a rich sense of history. The LARP game was inspired by Lin Zexu's campaign against opium, featured several roles and missions. We all dressed up as history characters, collaborating in groups to solve puzzles and interact with NPCs to complete tasks. The thrilling and engaging challenges strengthened team spirit, and the winning team received exquisite tea sets as a keepsake.

After the LARP game, we checked into the hotels and enjoyed a delicious dinner together. In the evening, everyone enjoyed some free time to relax and a chance to explore Zhuhai ahead of the next day's activities.

Joining Forces, Creating Brilliance

In the morning of the second day, the group visited the museum and immersed in the rich atmosphere of history and art. Afterwards, we enjoyed a scenic coastal tour, taking in sights such as Love Post Office, Fisher Girl, and the City Balcony, experiencing the unique charm of Zhuhai.

In the afternoon, we headed to Yeli Island to visit Zhuhai's iconic landmark - The Zhuhai Grand Theater. With the sea breeze on the faces, we strolled along the coastline, admiring the sea views and the striking architecture while listening to stories about the design and background of the theater. Later, each department used natural elements to creatively form a unique C-Data logo, capturing the moment in photos for lasting memories.

As the journey came to an end, we returned to Shenzhen with laughter and memories that will last. More than a fun journey of exploring history and nature, this team building activity brought us closer together and strengthened our spirit. Back at work, we carry this energy forward, joining hands to create a brighter future for C-Data.
